interactive APPROACHES FOR STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

 

To foster better collaboration and improve consensus-building throughout heritage renovation projects, stakeholder engagement processes must be turned into participatory approaches where stakeholders are active.

Brief Summary

In CALECHE, various interactive approaches were designed to foster engagement at the four pilot sites. This resource introduce the interactive tools and approaches used to foster two-way dialogue between project teams and stakeholders and to support co-design:

+ Sample boxes & mock-ups
+ Guided walk
+ Interactive exhibition & «tipping point» identification
+ Interactive chatbot
